SheRises

SheRises is a therapeutic growth circle for women to reconnect with identity, heal emotionally, and grow with confidence. Through guided reflection and shared storytelling, the group builds self-awareness, emotional regulation, and supportive connection.

Roots Resilience

Roots Resilience is a community-based wellbeing group for men, focused on identity, resilience, and emotional grounding. Through reflective conversations and trauma-informed facilitation, participants deepen self-understanding and strengthen confidence and belonging.

Custom Group Support

We co-create mental health–focused group programmes for organisations, companies, and community partners. Each programme is trauma-informed and culturally attuned, designed to support wellbeing, reflection, and psychological safety in ways that fit your community and goals.

Kinship-SheRises: Supporting Women in the Community (with LCCS)

Kinship Circle is a free, community-based support group for women from lower-income backgrounds. Offered in collaboration with Lutheran Community Care Services (LCCS), the group provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for women to share, reflect, and build emotional resilience together while navigating everyday life challenges.
