Who this is for:
Individuals navigating anxiety, shame, or confusion about sexuality
Those facing intimacy or relationship challenges
People healing from past sexual or relational experiences
Individuals exploring identity, orientation, or values
Couples seeking healthier communication and emotional connection
This is a mental health counselling service and is strictly therapeutic and educational in nature.

Addiction & Compulsive Behaviour Support
Understanding the roots, not just the behaviour.
Counselling support for individuals experiencing substance use or compulsive behaviour patterns such as gaming, pornography, gambling, or emotional dependency.
This work focuses on understanding the emotional and psychological drivers behind these patterns, not just the behaviour itself. Sessions may integrate MEMI and BrainSwitch 2.0–informed techniques to support nervous system regulation, reduce trigger intensity, and strengthen emotional processing, alongside cognitive and emotion-focused approaches.
Clients are supported to build awareness of triggers, improve self-regulation, develop healthier coping strategies, and regain a sense of agency within a trauma-informed and non-judgmental therapeutic space.
This support can complement medical or psychiatric care where needed.

Clinical Supervision
In addition to providing clinical supervision, we also support practitioners by connecting them with experienced and trusted supervisors whose approaches and expertise best fit their clinical work. This allows us to offer supervision that is thoughtful, ethical, and well-matched, rather than one-size-fits-all.
